About
I'm a People and Operations specialist with a deep belief that the way an organisation runs is just as important as what it makes. I bring expertise in coaching, communication, and change management, always balancing team wellbeing with the practical realities of running a business.
I'm a project manager at heart: the kind of person who genuinely enjoys a good system, has achieved Inbox Zero (yes, it's real), and gets real satisfaction from watching a team find its rhythm. Notion is basically an extension of my brain at this point.
I believe the best leaders are reflective, collaborative, and willing to be vulnerable. That's the standard I hold myself to. It shapes how I show up for the people I work with, and the teams I help build and support.
I'm also an organiser, a nerd, a mentor, and a mother. Outside work you'll find me co-running Producing Paradise, a productivity and operations platform with templates, tools, and honest writing about how work works.

Defining and evolving delivery processes across strategy, research, and design. Resourcing, capacity planning, operational tooling, and creating the conditions for a senior-heavy team to do their best work.
Led business operations for Aaron Puls's architectural and portrait photography practice: strategy, budgeting, financial reporting, and building a Notion-powered business development pipeline from scratch.
Took time out to be a full-time mother. One of the best things I've done.
Expanded scope to own both People and Operations: designing policies, leading recruitment end-to-end, driving cultural competence initiatives, and holding the ISO 20252:2019 certification.
Joined as a Digital Producer and built the delivery team and its practices from the ground up. Promoted to Delivery Director in 2021. This is where I really hit my stride.
Championed financial literacy around retirement income, bringing digital production skills to a highly regulated fintech space.
Sharpened my craft at one of Australia's most respected web studios, working across design, technology, and content projects.
Ran a web collective for five years, my first real taste of building something from nothing. That's where I discovered I love the behind-the-scenes work as much as the output.
