I’m Jess Allison. I’m the type of person who likes making lists and for things to be organised neatly. I'm a project manager at heart, proof that Inbox Zero is real, and in my element providing guidance and mentorship, while learning from those around me 🙌

I believe that leadership should be reflective, collaborative, and characterized by a willingness to be vulnerable. I strive to embody these principles to support and empower the people and teams I collaborate with 🪞

I spent five years running a web collective called That Mob, then two as a Digital Producer at Icelab. I took my Digital Producer skills to SuperEd, championing financial literacy around retirement income, before landing at Paper Giant in 2018. There I really hit my stride, building our delivery team and practices from the ground up. I was thrilled to be made Delivery Director in 2021, then People and Operations Director in 2023 ✨

These days you'll find me managing business operations for AP Photo—the architectural, urban and profile photography business of Aaron Puls—and making how-to YouTube videos in my spare time 🎥
